Welcome to Demeria/The Victor's Spoils!
Thanks for your interest in our forum! To help you get started (and so you are not overwhelmed by the sheer amount of information we've put together over our nine month run), we've put together a guide to help you navigate the waters.
This is an original concept storyline, created by the staff as a place where we could enjoy the interaction of politics, romance, conflict, drama and scheming in one of our favourite eras: The Tudor Era. While we have based much of the setting on that time period and some of the nations, this is not set in the real world. Historical accuracy isn't required! We're here to have fun and write, not spend all of our time research. That's what the staff is for!

As a note, if you do not see a character that calls to you, please let us know - we do welcome original characters and will be happy to work with you on crafting one. We would prefer your character be a member of one of the existing Noble Houses or Foreign Delegations, but we welcome new ideas as well.
